UNICEF Uzbekistan Office invites qualified local institutions to submit proposals for: Conducting a qualitative sociological study using focus group discussions (FGDs) on financial support for women during pregnancy and the early period of breastfeeding and childcare in Uzbekistan. The assignment aims to examine women’s experiences in accessing maternity-related social protection and family-friendly employment measures, identify key barriers, and develop practical recommendations for more inclusive and responsive policies. The Technical Proposal and Financial (Commercial) Proposal must be submitted in two separate emails to: tashkentsupply@unicef.org Deadline: 07 September 2026, 18:00 Tashkent time. The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a non-editable and password-protected format. Any proposal sent to, or copied to, another email address may be disqualified. For full information on the scope of work, requirements, evaluation criteria and submission instructions, please refer to the attached solicitation documents and Terms of Reference (TOR).
