1. الاتفاقية

By using hawtar, أنت agree to these الشروط و our سياسة الخصوصية.

2. غرض الخدمة

The منصة provides المشتريات ذكاء, supplier discovery, سير العمل الدعم, و related analytics for الإنساني و commercial عمليات.

Merchant الهوية و Commerce Scope

The الحالي merchant of record for live paid المنتجات on حوتر is Ghassan Abdulrahman Trading and Investment Company SPC, with registered العنوان Muscat / Muscat / Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman.

داخلي tax references such as a Tax Card Number or TIN are kept separately من أي official VAT registration number. حوتر does not represent those داخلي references as a VAT registration number.

Premium Subscription Terms

يعمل حوتر بريميوم على أساس مدة اشتراك شهرية لكل جهة. ويمكن لتسعير الإطلاق الصفري تفعيل هذه المدة الشهرية حالياً. وإذا لم تكن قدرة تحصيل التجديد الشهري المدفوع متاحة في البوابة الحالية، فسيتم تعليق الاشتراك المدفوع بدلاً من بيعه. وعند توفر اشتراك شهري مدفوع، يلزم قبول صريح لبنود الفوترة المتكررة قبل التفعيل.

صيغة الموافقة المتكررة التي تستخدم عندما يكون اشتراك بريميوم متاحاً هي:

I authorize Ghassan Abdulrahman Trading and Investment Company SPC to charge OMR 0.000 on a recurring monthly basis for Hawtar Premium until I cancel under the applicable service terms.

يسري الإلغاء الذاتي في نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية. تحتفظ الجهة بوصول بريميوم حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة ثم تعود إلى الخطة المجانية. لا يتم إصدار استرداد نسبي بشكل افتراضي. ولا يطبق مسار التنازل الفوري عن المحتوى الرقمي على الاشتراكات.

Tender Match Report Purchases

The Tender Match Report is a one-الوقت رقمي report purchase. A معاينة or summary is shown before purchase, و immediate access or تنزيل begins after purchase متى the report is متاح.

Tax, Buyer تصنيف, و Commercial Documents

At checkout, the buyer must select Individual or مؤسسة. Selecting مؤسسة does not automatically make the purchase B2B. Business treatment requires validated business evidence or explicit finance الموافقة.

3. مسؤوليات الحساب

4. Social Sign-In و Connected Accounts

أنت may use supported providers (Google, فيسبوك, Apple, GitHub) to sign in or connect a المزوّد to an existing account.

5. Acceptable Use

6. الأمان و Automated Abuse Controls

Platform-generated tender packages may include standardized حوتر branding elements (for example, footer identity text or logo) managed by authorized platform administrators. These branding elements do not alter ownership of vendor content and do not imply endorsement beyond the submitted document package workflow.

8. خدمات الطرف الثالث

Some منصة capabilities depend on third-party infrastructure و الهوية services, including OAuth providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy تغييرات, or أخرى خدمة conditions controlled by third parties.
