مختص أمن سيبراني/ Cyber Security Specialist نبحث عن شخص شغوف بعالم الأمن السيبراني، لديه القدرة على التفكير التحليلي والفضول لاكتشاف ما وراء الكواليس. ستكون مهمتك الأساسية هي حماية الأنظمة والشبكات من التهديدات المتزايدة، مع العمل على تحليل الهجمات وفهمها بعمق من خلال الهندسة العكسية (Reverse Engineering) ، وتجربة الاختراق الأخلاقي (Penetration Testing)، ومراقبة الأحداث الأمنية (SOC Monitoring)، والبحث المستمر عن التهديدات .(Threat Hunting) هذه الوظيفة ليست مجرد مهام يومية روتينية، بل هي فرصة لتكون في الخط الأمامي للدفاع عن المعلومات، والتعلم المستمر، وتطوير حلول مبتكرة تحمي بيئة العمل وتجعلها أكثر أمانًا. المهام والمسؤوليات / Key Responsibilities تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الأمن السيبراني (Security Policies & Procedures). تقييم الثغرات الأمنية (Vulnerability Assessment) وإجراء اختبارات الاختراق (Penetration Testing). مراقبة الشبكات والأنظمة (Network & System Monitoring) لكشف الأنشطة المشبوهة. تحليل الحوادث الأمنية (Incident Response & Forensics) والتعامل معها فوراً. تطبيق ضوابط الوصول والعزل الأمني (Access Control, Segmentation) وتشفير البيانات (Encryption). ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية مثل ISO 27001 / NIST / CIS / GDPR وغيرها. إجراء مراجعات أمنية دورية (Security Audits / Risk Assessments). التعاون مع الفرق التقنية الأخرى (DevOps, IT, Engineering) لتضمين الأمن (Security by Design). إعداد التقارير الفنية والإدارية (Security Reports & Dashboards) والتوجيه والتدريب للزملاء. المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة / Required Skills & Qualifications شهادة جامعية في نفس المجال، أو خبرة ومعرفة علمية وعملية. فهم عميق للشبكات، أنظمة التشغيل، والتقنيات السحابية. القدرة على تحليل المخاطر والتعامل مع الحوادث الأمنية بفعالية. مهارات بحث وتحليل عالية مع التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة) لفهم المصطلحات والتواصل المهني. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
