El Fondo de Naciones Unidas para la Infancia (UNICEF) convoca a licitación (RFP) para establecer un contrato de largo plazo para los Servicios especializados de contacto omnicanal y estrategias outbound para comunicación, conversión y optimización de donantes individuales. “Request For Proposal” (RFP, por sus siglas en inglés), y que se identifica en este caso como RFP, es una convocatoria para adquisiciones de servicios requeridos, dónde se espera que el oferente proponga una solución a la problemática expuesta en el pliego de las bases. RFP se emite para recibir propuestas que, al evaluarse, contengan una solución integral, dentro del marco de las instrucciones establecidas, como son: (i) objetivo y alcance, (ii) enumeración de los requisitos que deben incluirse en la propuesta, (iii) criterios de selección, (iv) forma de entrega de las propuestas. La fecha límite para recibir las respuestas al presente RFP es el día 26 de agosto de 2026 a las 23:59 hora local de la Ciudad de México. Le recomendamos revisar detenidamente el contenido de este documento y cerciorarse de que su representada puede cumplir con los requerimientos mínimos que aquí se estipulan. Las propuestas deberán ser enviadas al siguiente correo electrónico: supplymexico@unicef.org, Cualquier propuesta enviada o entregada a otras direcciones o por otros medios diferentes de los estipulados serán descartadas. No copiar a ningún otro correo de UNICEF. El título de los correos deberá empezar con el número de referencia de este RFP, es decir, RFP9205290 más el nombre del servicio o bien a licitar, ejemplo, RFP9205290 – Contacto omnicanal – Documentación mandatoria y otro par de emails iguales, pero terminando en Propuesta técnica y propuesta económica.
