Announcement for Service Providers – Production of a Short Awareness Film on the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Agenda SOS Foundation for Development is seeking to contract a qualified media production company/service provider to implement an activity under the project “Reclaiming the Agenda – Public Awareness Campaign on the Women, Peace, and Security Framework in Yemen”, funded by IMATTER. The assignment aims to produce a short documentary film (5–6 minutes) titled “Women Making Peace”, showcasing real-life stories of Yemeni women in Aden contributing to the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda. The assignment will also include taking high-quality photographs of ten women to be used in campaign posters. Main Tasks: Work closely with the project team to develop a comprehensive script and storyline. Prepare a coherent narrative including campaign messages, storylines, dialogue, and visual transitions. Adopt a humane and holistic approach that highlights women’s roles in peace and security at the local level. Conduct field interviews with women, peace and security committee members, local officials, youth, and community members. Film live footage from relevant WPS locations (women’s police units, community mediation centers, dialogue sessions). Ensure safe and culturally appropriate filming, with proper consent forms. Capture professional photographs of ten women for campaign posters. Develop a unified visual identity for the film (colors, fonts, logos). Integrate graphic and motion elements to highlight key messages and facts. Edit and produce the film in high quality (Full HD), with two versions: Arabic (with English subtitles). Deliver both preliminary and final versions in formats suitable for display. Expected Deliverables: A professional short awareness film as the main campaign tool. Increased awareness among women, youth, and communities about the WPS agenda. A reusable documentary/educational material for future advocacy and awareness efforts. Timeline: 15 calendar days from contract signing. Application Requirements: A detailed financial and technical proposal, including a clear work plan. Valid commercial registration and tax card.
