Submission of bids: Bids and Samples must be submitted to Modern Social Association office, located in Aden – Khormaksir - Faculty of Education Round - Madinat Albedah - Vila No 391– Procurement Department, no later than Sunday, August 24, 2025, before 11:00 AM Yemen time. All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded. Pricing must be done in SAR; any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected. Offered prices must be remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. The prices quoted must include all indirect additional costs such as taxes, delivery and any other cost. It is required to submit a free sample of the school uniform. Failure to submit a complete and properly filled sample as specified in the technical offer may result in your disqualification from the technical evaluation.
