الدعوة لمناقصة توريد وتوصيل حقائب المواد الغير غذائية الى مخازن المنظمة حسب المواصفات المحددة في وثائق المناقصة اعلان مناقصة عامة رقم: YGUSSWP/002/2026 المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين (YGUSSWP) هي منظمة غير ربحية ومستقلة، تأسست عام 2011 م، وقد بدأت عملها مع بدء الأزمة الإنسانية في اليمن. تعمل في المجالات الاجتماعية والإنسانية، وهي منظمة متخصصة في الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ، والكوارث، والأزمات والحروب. وتنفذ مشاريعها في القطاعات التالية: الحماية العامة، حماية الطفل، حماية المرأة، المأوى، إدارة وتنسيق المخيمات، المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة، التعليم، الصحة النفسية ومشاريع سبل العيش. نسعى لتلبية حاجات المجتمع الأساسية، من خلال المشاريع النوعية الإغاثية والتنموية، كما نعمل على رفع المستوى الثقافي والاجتماعي من خلال المشاريع التعليمية الهادفة والبناءة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، إسهاماً في تخفيف المعاناة عن شعبنا وفي رسم البسمة على شفاه أطفالنا وأهلنا. تعلن المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين (YGUSSWP) عن إنزال المناقصة التالية: رقم المناقصة موضوع المناقصة مصدر التمويل قيمة الضمان الابتدائي موعد فتح المظاريف YGUSSWP/002/2026 توريد وتوصيل حقائب المواد الغير غذائية الى مخازن المنظمة صندوق التمويل الإنساني اليمن YHF بالإضافة الى الاتفاقيات والمشاريع الممولة من المانحين الاخرين ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بقيمة 2,000$ دولار امريكي ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. الثلاثاء 24/02/2026 الساعة الواحدة ظهراً بمقر المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وعليه ندعو الموردين والشركات المؤهلين المتخصصين في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم وذلك وفقاً للتالي: 1- يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصات من مقر المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين صنعاء، حدة، شارع بيروت، جوار السفارة الألمانية خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي، ابتداء من يوم الاثنين بتاريخ 26/01/2026 م حيث ان اخر موعد لسحب وثائق المناقصة يوم الخميس بتاريخ 19/02/2026م. واخر موعد لاستلام العطاءات سيكون يوم الثلاثاء 24/02/2026 م الساعة 12:30 ظهراً الساعة الثانية عشر والنصف ظهراً ولن يتم قبول اي عطاء بعد هذا الموعد بحيث سيتم فتح المظاريف في نفس اليوم الثلاثاء 24/02/2026 م الساعة 1:00 الواحدة ظهراً بمكتب المنظمة العامة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين اليمنيين، صنعاء، حدة، شارع بيروت، بجانب السفارة الألمانية. 2- يشترط للحصول على وثائق المناقصة احضار خطاب رسمي بذلك او تفويض باستلام بالوثائق (مرفق صورة البطاقة الشخصية للمفوض). 3- تقدم العطاءات في مظروف مختوم بالشمع الأحمر ومكتوب عليه اسم المشروع واسم ورقم المناقصة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفقاً بها ما يلي: 1- الظرف 1: ضمان بنكي غير مشروط بقيمة 2,000$ دولار امريكي ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف. 2- الظرف 2: العرض المالي. يتم تقديم العطاء بعمله الدولار الامريكي. واي عطاء يقدم بعملة مغايرة سيتم استبعاده. 3- الظرف 3: العرض الفني. صورة من البطاقة الضريبية. صورة من السجل التجاري. صورة من البطاقة الزكوية. صورة من البطاقة التأمينية صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة. ويشترط أن تكون كافة الوثائق المشار إليها بعاليه سارية المفعول. كما يجب على المتقدم ارفاق التالي: يجب على مقدم العطاء احضار العينات من كافة المواد /الأصناف المطلوبة وبحسب المواصفات المحددة في وثائق المناقصة وتقديمها مع العطاء قبل الموعد المحدد لفتح المظاريف ولن تقبل بعد ذلك التاريخ. ارفاق خبرات ذات الصلة في القيام بأعمال مماثلة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال. بروفايل الشركة. لن يتم النظر في المستندات الغير كاملة مع ضرورة إحضار أصول هذه الوثائق للمطابقة في جلسة فتح المظاريف. في حال وجود أي استفسارات عن المناقصة فينبغي ان تصل تلك الاستفسارات الى المنظمة بمدة لا تقل عن خمسة ايام من تاريخ الموعد النهائي لتقديم العطاءات وذلك عبر الايميل التالي: Tender@ygusswp.org Invitation to Tender: Supply and delivery Non-Food Items kits to YGUSSWP warehouses According to the Specifications Outlined in the Tender Documents Public Tender Announcement No: YGUSSWP/002/2026 Yemen General Union of Sociologists, Social Workers and Psychologists (YGUSSWP) is a non-profit and independent organization that was established in 2011. Tuesday 24/02/2026 at 01:00 PM at YGUSSWP Main Office. Therefore, we invite qualified suppliers and companies specializing in the same field to submit their bids as per the following: 1. The tender documents can be obtained from the headquarters of YGUSSWP in Sana'a, Hadda, Beirut Street, near the German Embassy, during official working hours starting from Monday, January 26, 2026. The final date for collecting the tender documents is Thursday, February 19, 2026. The deadline for submitting bids will be Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 12:30 PM. No bids will be accepted after this time. The bid envelopes will be opened on the same day, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 01:00 PM at YGUSSWP Main Office, in Sana'a, Hadda, Beirut Street, near the German Embassy. 2. To obtain the tender documents, it is required to bring a formal letter or an authorization for receiving the documents (attached with a copy of the authorized representative's ID card). 3. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with red wax, clearly labeled with the project name, tender name and number, as well as the name of the bidder, along with the following: A. Envelope 1: An unconditional bank guarantee with amount $2,000 USD, valid for 120 days from the date of envelopes opening. B. Envelope 2: The financial Proposal. Bids must be submitted in US dollars. Any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified. C. Envelope 3: The Technical Proposal. A copy of the Tax Card. A copy of the Commercial Registration. A copy of the Zakat Card. A copy of the Insurance Card. A copy of the Professional Practice Certificate. All the aforementioned documents must be valid. Additionally, the bidder must attach the following: The bidder must bring samples from all materials / varieties required and according to specification in the tender documents and submit them with the tender before the deadline of opening the envelopes, otherwise it will not be accepted after the date of opening the envelopes.
