We are committed to developing a structured and high-performance work environment driven by accuracy, accountability, and results. ________________________________________ Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Accountant to support daily financial operations, ensure accurate recording of transactions, monitor receivables and payables, and contribute to improving financial reporting and cash flow management. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Record daily accounting entries accurately and in a timely manner Monitor accounts receivable and payable and perform regular reconciliations Support collection follow-ups in coordination with relevant departments Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances Support monthly closing activities and financial documentation Maintain proper organization and archiving of financial records Report any discrepancies or delays in financial processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 years of experience in financial or operational accounting Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work under structured processes Basic analytical and reporting skills Performance Indicators: Accuracy and reliability of accounting entries Timeliness of bank reconciliations Up-to-date tracking of receivables and payables Adherence to monthly reporting deadlines Contribution to improving collection efficiency Completeness and organization of financial documentation What We’re Looking For: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability High attention to detail and financial discipline Structured and process-oriented mindset Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement Important Note: This role requires a high level of commitment, ownership, and performance discipline.
