Human Access for Partnership and Development association announces the following vacant position: Basic Job Information Position: Case Management Officer Number Required: 2 Duty Station: Taiz – Al Dhale'e Contract Duration: 8 months Application Deadline: May 15, 2026 General Objective of the Position To ensure the provision of case management services for children, women, and vulnerable groups in accordance with humanitarian standards and approved child protection procedures, through supervising social workers, providing technical support, and coordinating referrals to ensure an effective and comprehensive response to cases. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Receive requests for various services, ensure they are registered and coded in the system, and direct them to the relevant employee through referrals to case management. 2. Ensure that all beneficiary information and data are securely stored and protected from hacking, copying, or tampering. 3. Register new visitors and schedule appointments for direct service provision. 4. Provide technical support and guidance to social workers in handling complex cases. 5. Organize weekly case meetings and review challenges and recommendations with the team. 6. Coordinate with other service providers to ensure effective referrals to appropriate entities. 7. Contribute to preparing work plans and periodic reports related to case management. 8. Identify training needs and build the team’s capacities in protection and case management. 9. Ensure confidentiality of information and strict compliance with child and adult safeguarding policies. 10. Participate in field needs assessments related to protection services. 11. Use and secure the case management system against unauthorized access through reception passwords. 12. Represent the program in meetings and activities related to case management. 13. Comply with Human Access policies and practices, including codes of conduct and relevant administrative policies. 14. Carry out any other project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager. Essential Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in case management, child protection, or humanitarian work. Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of case management principles and protection standards. Ability to assess needs and develop intervention plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong ability to prepare professional technical and administrative reports. Strong decision-making and responsibility-handling skills in dynamic environments, including emergency and complex situations. Skills in report writing and field data collection. Commitment to humanitarian values and principles. Ability to work under pressure and in difficult environments. Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical and Mental Requirements 1. Physically fit with full use of the five senses. 2. Good appearance. 3. Accuracy and attention to detail. 4. Good listening, comprehension, and awareness of situations with focus and concentration. Other Conditions 1. Full-time availability for work. 2.
