Design and Development of the TechHub E-Learning Platform

Request for Proposal (RFP) Design and Development of the TechHub E-Learning Platform The Youth Leadership Development Foundation (YLDF), in partnership with War Child, invites qualified software development companies and technical firms to submit proposals for the design and development of the TechHub E-Learning Platform. The assignment is to develop a custom-built, web-based Learning Management System (LMS) for the Girls’ TechHub project in Hadramout. The platform should provide a secure, user-friendly, mobile-first, and lightweight digital learning environment that supports self-paced learning, learner progress tracking, mentor interaction, automated assessments and certification, and administrative management. Location: Hadramout, Yemen Duration: 9 Weeks Eligibility: Interested companies should have relevant experience in software development and LMS solutions, with the technical capacity to deliver bilingual Arabic/English solutions and provide post-delivery technical support. Note: Priority will be given to qualified suppliers based in Al Mukalla and Hadramout.
