“Driver – Aden” For our program in Yemen, we are looking for a Driver, the position will be based in Aden. Position: Driver Status: Full time Location: Aden base Reporting to: Logistics Advisor Aden Job Purpose Under the supervision of the Log Advisor, the Driver is in charge of driving MdM vehicles according to the MdM procedures, and assisting the logistics team for maintenance of the office/guesthouse/warehouse and loading/unloading goods and materials into the cars. تحت إشراف الضابط اللوجستي ، يكون السائق مسؤولاً عن قيادة سيارات منظمة أطباء العالم وفقاً لإجراءات المنظمة ، ومساعدة الفريق اللوجستي في صيانة المكتب / منزل الضيافة / المستودع وتحميل / تفريغ البضائع والمواد من السيارات RESPONSIBILITIES: Driving vehicles and passenger safety and security of transported materials/equipment: Following MDM driving Regulation Adapting his/her behavior and driving to assure passengers' security, MDM equipment and the rest of road/street users (drivers, pedestrians, etc.). Always drive according to the Yemeni circulation code and respecting speed limits Always wearing safety belt while driving and ensuring all passengers do the same Ensuring having a valid driving license and always have it ready for any eventual inspection Ensuring that all necessary documents are valid and renewed before the expiration date (yearly road safety check, registration of main drivers with the Rental Company, etc.) قيادة المركبات والركاب بأمان ونقل المواد والمعدات: - اتباع قواعد القيادة لدى المنظمة - تكييف سلوكه وقيادته لضمان أمن المسافرين والمعدات وبقية العابرين في الشوارع والطرق (السائقين والمشاة ، الخ). - يجب القيادة دائمًا وفقًا لقانون المرور اليمني واحترام حدود السرعة - ارتداء حزام الأمان دائمًا أثناء القيادة وضمان قيام جميع الركاب بالشيء نفسه - ضمان وجود رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ودائما يكون جاهزا لأي تفتيش في نهاية المطاف - التأكد من صلاحية جميع الوثائق الضرورية وتجديدها قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية (فحص سنوي للسلامة على الطرق ، وتسجيل السائقين الرئيسيين لدى شركة التأجير ، إلخ.) Maintenance of the vehicle Checking on a regular basis the vehicle's motor, oil level, breaks liquid, air pressure of wheels, wind shield liquid, etc. Alerting direct supervisor in case of technical problem or need for maintenance Organizing or if possible, carrying out of any necessary maintenance after validation of direct supervisor Ensuring the vehicle is clean on the inside and outside Ensuring all necessary equipment and material is present in the vehicle and in good condition (tools, spare wheel, airlift, belts, ropes, etc.) Refilling the fuel tank each time the tank is at half of its capacity صيانة السيارة التشييك وبشكل منتظم على محرك السيارة ، مستوى الزيت ، سائل البريك ، ضغط الهواء للعجلات ، سائل درع الرياح ، إلخ. تنبيه المشرف المباشر في حالة وجود مشكلة فنية أو الحاجة للصيانة تنظيم أو تنفيذ أي صيانة ضرورية بعد إذن المشرف المباشر التأكد من نظافة السيارة من الداخل والخارج ضمان وجود جميع المعدات والمواد اللازمة في السيارة وفي حالة جيدة (الأدوات ، العجلات الاحتياطية ، الإيرلفت ، الأحزمة ، الحبال ، إلخ) إعادة تعبئة خزان الوقود في كل مرة يكون فيها الخزان عند نصف قدرته Remaining stand-by in the office in between movements البقاء في وضعية الأستعداد في المكتب وبين التحركات Other duties/responsibilities: Collecting quotations and checking prices for the purchase of goods and services Carrying out tasks to support HR administrative and/or logistics departments (collecting documents, depositing mail, making small routine purchases, etc.) Ensure that the suppliers fill in all receipts/invoices for local purchases correctly Fill a logbook with kilometers and fuel consumption he does Make the fixings according to the needs relative to electricity, plumb,… Supporting the team for manual tasks (load/unload the vehicle) Participate in internal work meetings and inform MdM team on log issues Report any security related issues to the supervisor Supporting operational organization of field trips Maintaining full confidentiality for all work-related information Flexible working hours that align with MdM standards & policies واجبات / مسؤوليات أخرى: جمع عروض الأسعار والتحقق من أسعار شراء السلع والخدمات القيام بالمشتريات الصغيرة بأتباع أوامر الضابط اللوجستي التأكد من أن الموردين يملؤون جميع الإيصالات / الفواتير للمشتريات المحلية بشكل صحيح الكتابة في سجل الكيلومترات عدد الكيلومترات والوقود الذي استهلكه جعل التثبيتات وفقا للاحتياجات المتعلقة بالكهرباء ، راسيا ، ... دعم الفريق للمهام اليدوية (تحميل / تفريغ السيارة) المشاركة في اجتماعات العمل الداخلية وإبلاغ فريق المنظمة عن القضايا لوجستية الإبلاغ عن أي قضايا تتعلق بالأمن إلى المشرف دعم التنظيم التشغيلي للرحلات الميدانية الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالعمل ساعات عمل مرنة تتوافق مع معايير وسياسات إدارة منظمة أطباء العالم الفرنسية PROFILE REQUIRED Qualification Required: High School Diploma or other related field of study. Skills required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position with INGOs. Previous MDM experience will be an asset Other skills required: Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent English Skills. Valid Driving License. Diligent attention to detail and safety
