Vous trouverez ci-dessous un résumé des tâches à accomplir : Le Bureau international du Travail (BIT) recherche un(e) Consultant(e) pour assurer l’élaboration d’un Référentiel national tripartite pour la conception, la planification, la mise en oeuvre et le suivi des programmes HIMO au Cameroun. Le/la consultant(e) réalisera une revue documentaire des programmes HIMO, du cadre juridique et institutionnel ainsi que des documents stratégiques existants, analysera les écarts entre les pratiques actuelles et les principes de l'Agenda du Travail décent de l'OIT, et élaborera un référentiel harmonisé intégrant les principes du travail décent. Il/elle assurera également l’organisation et animation d’un atelier national tripartite de validation, intégrera les observations des mandants de l'OIT et produira la version finale consolidée du Référentiel ainsi que les rapports et livrables prévus dans le cadre de sa mission. La durée de la mission sera de vingt cinq (25) jours ouvrables.
