PROPÓSITO DE LA SOLICITUD DE PROPUESTA DE SERVICIOS (RFPS): Objetivo General: Fortalecer las capacidades de las y los operadores de las OLN, y de los Programas de Representación Jurídica y Defensa Especializada, en la evaluación y determinación de interés superior del niño, para la atención y protección efectiva de niñas, niños y adolescentes, en el contexto de la implementación del Sistema de Protección Integral. Objetivos específicos: Implementar un proceso de capacitación en línea, sincrónico, en la evaluación y determinación del interés superior del niño, diferenciado para: Los operadores del sistema de garantías vinculados con las OLN. Los operadores de la representación jurídica y defensa especializada de los programas Mi Abogado, y La Niñez y Adolescencia se Defienden. Desarrollar un curso virtual auto instructivo en plataforma Moodle, de hasta 20 horas cronológicas, en la evaluación y determinación del interés superior del niño, diferenciado para: Los operadores del sistema de garantías vinculados con las OLN. Los operadores de la representación jurídica y defensa especializada de los programas Mi Abogado, y La Niñez y Adolescencia se Defienden
