Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers 2026 دعوة لتسجيل وتأهيل الموردين للعام 2026 أولاً: نبذة عن المنظمة منظمة بيور هاندز هي منظمة إنسانية دولية غير ربحية، تأسست عام 2012م، ويقع مقرها الرئيسي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. تعمل المنظمة على تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية للفئات الأكثر احتياجاً في الجمهورية اليمنية، وتركز برامجها على تخفيف حدة الفقر، توفير الفرص الاقتصادية، والاستجابة للإغاثة الطارئة. تُنفذ أنشطة المنظمة من خلال أربعة مكاتب ميدانية في كل من: عدن – مأرب – تعز – الضالع. عنوان المكتب الرئيسي في اليمن: عدن – المنصورة – شارع المحافظ – بجانب مطعم الفيحاء . ثانياً: هدف الإعلان : تعلن منظمة بيور هاندز عن فتح باب تسجيل وتأهيل الموردين للعام 2026، وتدعو الشركات والمؤسسات والموردين المؤهلين في مختلف المجالات إلى التقديم للتسجيل ضمن قاعدة بيانات الموردين الخاصة بالمنظمة. ثالثاً: آلية وتعليمات التسجيل : 1. تعبئة نموذج تسجيل المورد عبر رابط التسجيل الموضح أدناه. 2. تحميل مستندات المنظمة، وتوقيعها وختمها، ثم إعادة رفعها عبر نفس الرابط. 3. يمكن للراغبين بالانضمام إلى قاعدة بيانات المنظمة، والذين لم يتمكنوا من تعبئة الاستمارة الإلكترونية، تقديم طلب رسمي خطي يتضمن جميع البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة الإلكترونية، مرفقًا بكافة المستندات المطلوبة، وتسليمه يدويًا إلى مكتب المنظمة . رابعاً: الوثائق المطلوبة : السجل التجاري ساري المفعول. شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول. البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول. البطاقة الزكوية (إن وجدت). البطاقة التأمينية (إن وجدت). خامساً: الشروط والأحكام : 1. يشترط ألا يكون المورد مدرجاً ضمن أي قوائم سوداء صادرة عن جهات رسمية أو منظمات دولية، وألا يكون قد صدر بحقه أي حكم جنائي أو إداري يمس النزاهة أو السمعة المهنية. 2. هذه الدعوة ليست دعوة لتقديم عطاءات، ولا يُطلب في هذه المرحلة تقديم أي عروض أسعار أو مقترحات فنية. 3. لا يترتب على هذا الإعلان أي التزام على المنظمة بطرح مناقصات أو إبرام عقود مع الموردين المتقدمين. 4. يقر المورد بصحة ودقة وحداثة جميع البيانات المقدمة، ويوافق على حق المنظمة في التحقق منها لدى أي جهة وفي أي وقت. 5. إن تعبئة نموذج التسجيل لا تعني بأي حال من الأحوال التزاماً أو ضماناً من المنظمة تجاه المورد. 6. يحق للمتقدم التقديم في أكثر من فئة، شريطة إرفاق عقود سابقة مماثلة مع منظمات أخرى لكل فئة. 7. تحتفظ المنظمة بحق طلب أي وثائق أو معلومات إضافية متى ما اقتضت الحاجة. 8. سيتم تقييم طلبات التأهيل وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة لدى إدارة المنظمة. 9. آخر موعد للتقديم هو 31 يناير 2026م، على أن تدخل هذه الدعوة حيز التنفيذ بعد أسبوع من تاريخ الإعلان، وسيتم التواصل مع الموردين المستوفين للمعايير القانونية والفنية. سادساً: رابط التسجيل : https://forms.gle/HbKzeSPHwFjTzXAk9 سابعاً: الاستفسارات : لأي استفسارات، يرجى التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل الموعد النهائي بيومين على الأقل: yemen.office@purehands.org Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers 2026 I. About the Organization Pure Hands is an international non-profit humanitarian organization founded in 2012, headquartered in the United States of America. The organization works to provide humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable groups in the Republic of Yemen. Its programs focus on poverty alleviation, providing economic opportunities, and emergency relief response. The organization's activities are implemented through four field offices located in: Aden – Marib – Taiz – Al Dhale'e. Purpose of the Announcement Pure Hands announces the opening of supplier registration and pre-qualification for the year 2026. We invite qualified companies, institutions, and suppliers across various sectors to apply for inclusion in the organization’s supplier database. III. Registration Mechanism and Instructions 1. Complete the supplier registration form via the registration link provided below. 2. Download the organization’s documents, sign and stamp them, and then re-upload them through the same link. 3. Those wishing to join the organization's database who were unable to complete the online form may submit a formal written application. This application must include all data required in the electronic form, along with all supporting documents, and be delivered by hand to the organization's office . IV. Required Documents Valid Commercial Register. Valid Professional Practice Certificate (License). Valid Tax Card. Zakat Card (if available). Insurance Card (if available). V. Terms and Conditions Suppliers must not be blacklisted by any official authorities or international organizations, nor have any criminal or administrative judgments against them affecting their integrity or professional reputation. This invitation is not a request for bids; no price quotations or technical proposals are required at this stage. This announcement does not impose any obligation on the organization to issue tenders or enter into contracts with the applicants. The supplier acknowledges the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of all submitted data and grants the organization the right to verify it with any party at any time. Filling out the registration form does not, under any circumstances, constitute a commitment or guarantee from the organization toward the supplier. Applicants may apply for more than one category, provided they attach similar previous contracts with other organizations for each category.
