ITB Goods - Supply of Plastic Processing Machinery (PET/PP Sheet Extrusion & Egg Tray Making) and Medium-Duty Trucks

Tender description: This ITB covers the supply of industrial machinery and vehicles under four (4) distinct lots.The requirements include the following lots:Lot 1 : Medium-Duty Truck, option 1Lot 2 : Medium-Duty Truck, option 2Lot 3: Co-Rotating Twin-Screw PET/PP Sheet Extrusion LineLot 4 : PET Egg Tray Making Machine For the industrial machinery (Lots 3 and 4), the requirements include supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, operator training, and provision of spare parts and after-sales support. For all lots, successful suppliers shall also conduct a pre-installation site verification visit (where applicable) to confirm that the existing facilities meet the installation and operational requirements.Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots.Important Note regarding Lots 1 & 2:Lots 1 and 2 are mutually exclusive options for medium-duty trucks. UNOPS will award only one of these two lots based on budget availability and operational requirements. The non-selected lot will be excluded from the final contract award.The detailed technical specifications, performance requirements, quantities, and scope of supply for each lot are provided in Section II – Schedule of Requirements and Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms of the bidding document.-----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
