ITB - Procurement of medical equipment for Ukrainian hospitals.

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) covers the procurement, delivery, onsite installation, testing, training and commissioning of medical equipment required to support UNFPA’s sexual and reproductive health programme activities in Ukraine, including essential equipment for the bunkerisation projects in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia and for four key partner hospitals. The requirement is divided into five independent lots:• Lot 1 - Infant ventilator with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV): 5 units.• Lot 2 - Mobile X-ray: 6 units.• Lot 3 - Neonatal intensive care incubator: 6 units.• Lot 4 - Birthing bed: 6 units.• Lot 5 - Anaesthesia workstation: 6 units.Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots, but must offer 100% of the items, accessories, related services and quantities specified within each quoted lot. Evaluation and award will be conducted separately for each lot. UNFPA may therefore award one or several lots to the same bidder or to different bidders, depending on the evaluation results.UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes.
