تعلن الشركة العربيَّة اليمنيَّة للأسمنت المحدودة عن وظيفة شاغرة (مشرف تسويق) وذلك حسب الشروط التالية: أولاً: المهام: 1. الإشراف على جمع وتحليل بيانات السوق (المنافسين، الأسعار، اتجاهات السوق، حجم المبيعات) واستخدامها في وضع الخطط التسويقية ورفع التوصيات. 2. تقديم الإقتراحات لمدير التسويق والمبيعات حول أفضل الأساليب التسويقية لزيادة المبيعات وتلبية متطلبات السوق والعملاء. 3. تنفيذ السياسات والخطط التسويقية سواء في الأسواق المحلية أو الخارجية. 4. اقتراح الاستراتيجيات التسويقية المناسبة لضمان الانتشار المستمر وزيادة الحصة السوقية وتعزيز صورة الشركة. 5. الإشراف على تنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية لمنتجات الشركة ضمن حدود الميزانية المعتمدة، والحصول على العروض الخاصة بهذه الحملات، مع تقديم التقييم الفني للعروض المقدمة، واقتراح المواد الإعلانية ومسودات العقود بالتعاون مع وكالات الإعلان المتخصصة والمستشار القانوني، بالإضافة إلى متابعة تنفيذ الحملات ومراجعة المدفوعات المستحقة لهذه الوكالات.متابعة الأهداف التسويقية ومقارنتها بالنتائج الفعلية ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة. 6. متابعة ومقارنة الأهداف المعتمدة مع النتائج الفعلية لكل منتج، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تقارير دورية إلى مدير التسويق والمبيعات، مع تقديم التوصيات اللازمة لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف. 7. الإشراف على برامج التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الفعاليَّات الرقمية أو الحملات. 8. إدارة مواقع الشركة الإلكترونيَّة والحسابات التابعة لها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. 9. المساهمة والمشاركة في إعداد ميزانية التسويق. 10. اقتراح خطة للمشاركة في المعارض المحلية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة المتعلقة بإعداد وتنفيذ المواد الترويجية والإعلانية وفقًا لما تم اعتماده. 11. دراسة التقارير اليومية الصادرة عن قسم المبيعات بشأن حجم المبيعات ودرجة الانحراف لكل نوع من المنتجات، والعمل على تحليل أسبابها. 12. التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى للحصول على البيانات اللازمة عن المنتجات ذات المبيعات البطيئة ووضع الخطط التسويقية المناسبة لها، بالإضافة إلى قياس رضا العملاء عن منتجات الشركة. 13. القيام بأي أعمال إضافية تتعلق بمهام وظيفته، ضمن حدود صلاحياته. ثانياً: المؤهَّلات، الخبرات والمهارات: 1. بكالوريوس في التسويق أو التجارة أو إدارة الأعمال. 2. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (5) سنوات في مجال التسويق بوظيفة إشرافية ويُفضَّل أن تكون في شركة أسمنت. 3. خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ وإدارة حملات تسويق إلكترونيَّة عبر القنوات الإلكترونيَّة المُعتبرة. 4. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة. 5. مهارات ممتازة في استخدام الحاسوب. ثالثا: مكان العمل: محافظة حضرموت – مدينة المكلا- منظقة العيون. Arabian Yemen Cement Company Ltd announces a vacancy (Marketing Supervisor) according to the following conditions: Firstly: Responsibilities / Duties: 1. Supervising the collection of information on competition, price trends, general economic conditions and sales volume, as well as using such information in setting the recommendations for sales targets and drawing up the marketing strategy for submission to the marketing and sales manager before being presented for approval by the manager director. 2. Provide advice to the marketing and sales manager on the most suitable marketing methods that could assist in increasing sales and response rates to market and customer requirements. 3. Grant applying the plans and policies of marketing and sales through the sales team, whether related to the local ore export markets. 4. Proposing the suitable marketing strategy for the company’s product to insure the continuous and increasing coverage of the marketing versus competitors and creating superior image and web – site. 5. Supervising the proration of advertisement campaigns for the company’s product within the limits of the approved budget and obtaining offers for same, furthermore giving a technical option on the submitted offers, proposing adverting material and contract drafts with the specialized advertisement agencies, jointly with the legal adviser as well as supervising and following up the execution and review of the amounts payable to such agencies. 6. Following up and comparing the approved objectives with the actual results as for each product, as well as submitting periodical reports to the Marketing and Sales Manager, together with his recommendation for taking appropriate procedures to achieve such targets. 7. Supervising marketing programs, whether it is social media, Email, digital events or campaigns. 8. Managing the company's websites and social media accounts. 9. Participating in drafting the marketing budget. 10. Suggesting a plan for participating in the local fairs, and taking the necessary actions in relation to the preparation and implementation of the promotional and advertising materials according to those approved. 11. Studying the daily reports issued by the sales department about the sales volume and the degree of deviation for each product type, and analysis its reasons. 12. Coordinating with the other departments whiten the company to obtain the required data for slow – moving products and setting the appropriate plans for marketing same, together with measuring the customer’s satisfaction in relation to the company’s products. 13. Carrying out any supplementary work to his job duties, with the limits of his authorities. Secondly: Qualifications / Experience and skills: 1. Bachelor in marketing, commerce, Business administration. 2. Minimum Practical experience of (5) years in marketing with supervisory position, preferred to be in cement company. 3. Proven experience in preparing and managing digital events or campaigns. 4. Fluent English. 5. Good command of computer literacy. Thirdly: Work Place. Hadramout – Mukalla- Al-Ayoun.
