وظيفة مسؤول مخزن وحسابات فرع عدن المؤهلات المطلوبة: دبلوم محاسبة الخبرات: الخبرة غير مطلوبة مكان العمل: مدينة عدن وقت العمل: من الساعة 8 الصباح الى 1 الظهر من السبت الى الخميس نبذة عن الشركة: جاردينيا للادوية هي مؤسسة استيراد وتوزيع ادوية ومستلزمات طبية. تأسست عام 2005 و مقرها الرئيسي بصنعاء بالاضافة الى 5 فروع بالمحافظات الرئيسية الاخرى. المهام المطلوبة: مهام مسؤول حسابات ومخزن فرع: الاعمال المحاسبية: 1. اصدار فواتير مبيعات ومردودات مبيعات وسندات قبض وصرف واوامر صرف وتوريد مخزنية. 2. عمل يومية صندوق وارفاق كافة المستندات المؤيدة بما فيها التوجيهات بالصرف. 3. طباعة يومية حركة مخزنيه وارفاق كافة المستندات المؤيدة. 4. طباعة كشوفات حساب العملاء ومتابعة مصادقتها وارشفتها. 5. ترتيب الأرشيف: أ. ترقيم الملفات برقم تسلسلي بحسب السنة والنوع ورصّها بحسب الرقم. ب. حفظ دفاتر سندات القبض والصرف والمردودات وترتيبها بشكل متسلسل. الاعمال المخزنية: 1. تجهيز طلبيات العملاء بموجب الفواتير (وفحص الكمية وتاريخ الانتهاء) وتسليمها للموزع. 2. تجهيز أوامر الصرف المخزنية وصرفها للمستفيد. 3. استلام مردودات المبيعات واوامر التوريد المخزنية بعد الفحص. 4. الجرد الأسبوعي والشهري والرفع بالنتيجة للإدارة.
