Since then, it has implemented a number of development and emergency projects to improve lives conditions of children and communities where they live in Europe, Africa and Asia. 2. Introduction This tender is issued for the procurement of various sports materials and equipment. Helpcode hereby invites qualified and licensed suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Sports Materials and Equipment. The procurement will support ongoing sports-for- development programs in Yemen. 3. Terms & Conditions Bidders must be registered entities with a proven track record in supplying sports equipment. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender reference number and addressed to the procurement committee. All prices must be quoted in USD and should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, and delivery charges. The successful bidder must deliver the items to the specified location within 30 days after contract signing or receiving the purchase order. Payment will be made within 30 days of successful delivery and inspection of the items. Bids will be evaluated based on compliance with the technical specifications, price, delivery timeline, and the bidder's past performance. 4. Instructions to Bidders Bidders must comply with international ethical sourcing standards (no child labor, no forced labor). All bids must be in English and include: Copy of company registration/license Tax registration certificate (if applicable) Bank account details Bank Guarantee: Vendors must provide a bank guarantee covering 3% of the tender cost, valid for one month. Signed Bid Submission Form Price quotation per item in USD (inclusive of delivery) Signed declarations (no debarment, anti-corruption, conflict of interest) References from previous contracts (Contact details / letters, ideally from UN/INGOs or local NGOs) 5.
