We are building a disciplined team to support high-performance operations and strategic expansion. ________________________________________ Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Procurement & Supplier Officer to manage purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, and ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Request and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines Prepare comparative analysis and procurement recommendations Maintain and update supplier database and classifications Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery) Track purchase orders and ensure timely supply execution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management Strong negotiation and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills (comparisons, analysis) High attention to detail and organization Performance Indicators: Average quotation processing time Cost savings achieved vs benchmarks Supplier compliance and delivery performance Procurement cycle efficiency Number of qualified and evaluated suppliers What We’re Looking For: Strong follow-up and accountability High integrity (critical in supplier dealings) Structured and process-oriented mindset Ability to handle pressure and deadlines Important Note: This role requires a high level of commitment, ownership, and performance discipline.
