Job Title: Project Field Coordinator Location: Ad Dhale'e Contract Type: Fixed Term Duration: 8 months Reports to: Project Officer Application Deadline: 10 April 2026 About Diversity Organization: Diversity Organization is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, licensed under number 24 in 2013 by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. It operates in various humanitarian sectors with the aim of responding to the humanitarian crisis and contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals in Yemen. Job Summary: The Field Coordinator will ensure effective coordination with district-level authorities, community committees, and stakeholders. They will oversee project implementation in their assigned district, facilitate assessments and monitoring, and represent DO in local networks and meetings. Key Responsibilities Prepare operational plans for project activities in the assigned district and follow up on their implementation. Coordinate with local authorities and community committees to select activities and beneficiaries in line with project criteria. Supervise beneficiary registration and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FSAC, Health, and WASH standards. Plan and oversee project activities according to community needs and approved work plans. Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation and ensure timely completion of activities. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Project Manager using approved formats. Represent DO in district-level meetings, workshops, and coordination forums with authorities and stakeholders. Facilitate donor visits, monitoring missions, audits, and government inspections. Maintain strong communication between district-level project staff and central project management. Participate in the activities of stakeholders at targeted district Resolve the issues raised in the field with participation of related authorities Responsible for implementation of training and awareness session to stakeholders, community committees, beneficiaries on donor interventions, DO roles and project activities; targeting criteria, registration & registration exercise, mechanism of distribution assistance in the project Support the MEAL project staff to conduct the M&E activities Assist project team in all soft work activities (carrying out baseline survey/Assessments, formation of community committees). Support financial and administrative procedures at the district level in coordination with project management. Supervise the work of field volunteers and local community committees. Document lessons learned, success stories, and challenges from the district. Uphold DO’s policies on child protection, PSEA, health and safety, and humanitarian accountability. Perform any other tasks asked by supervisor The duties and responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the effective implementation of the project. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in humanitarian or development field work. Experience in community mobilization, beneficiary engagement, and field implementation. Experience supporting beneficiary registration, verification, or distributions (cash or in-kind). Experience working with IDP communities and local authorities is highly desirable. Familiarity with Ad Dhale’e Governorate, particularly Ad Dhale’e and Al-Azariq District, is strongly preferred. Required Skills: Strong computer literacy including MS Office. Ability to support beneficiary registration and basic data collection. Understanding of community engagement and accountability mechanisms. Basic report writing in Arabic; English is desirable. Strong communication and community engagement skills.
