Revised, UNICEF Moldova ITB 9205571, Hygiene and cleaning supplies delivered and unloaded at multiple locations across Moldova

UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for: Hygiene and cleaning supplies for 53 schools, to be delivered and unloaded at multiple locations across Moldova, as per the detailed description provided in Annex B to the ITB Document. Bidders are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with ITB number LITB-2026-9205571 in the email subject line. Application deadline: 26.08.2026, 23:59 (EEST). Partial offers are accepted, provided that at least one complete item line is offered. Bid Validity: Bids must be valid for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Submission Deadline. Delivery Term (Incoterms 2020): The goods shall be supplied DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) to final delivery destinations in Moldova. The Supplier is responsible for transportation, delivery, and unloading at 53 designated beneficiary schools. Delivery Schedule: The goods shall be delivered no later than 15 October 2026.
