Afin de pouvoir soumettre une proposition, veuillez lire attentivement les documents joints ci-dessous Si vous souhaitez soumettre une proposition en réponse à cette DDP : 1. Veuillez accuser réception de la présente DPP en remplissant et en retournant la lettre d'intention figurant à l'annexe A, dans laquelle vous indiquez votre intention de soumettre ou non une proposition, au plus tard le 17/08/2026 2. Une conférence prélamable aux soumissions sera tenue le mardi 18/08/2026 à partir de 14 heures, heure de Kinshasa, au Bureau de l’OMS en RDC, sis au 42 avenue des Cliniques, Gombe, Kinshasa RDC 4. Veuillez soumettre vos éventuelles demandes d’éclaircissements au plus tard le 20/08/2026 3. Veuillez préparer votre proposition conformément aux dispositions et aux procédures énoncées dans la présente DDP et la soumettre au plus tard le 30/08/2026 à 23h59
