The published opportunity summary
The purpose of this revision is to extend the deadline for submission of proposals until August 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Geneva time (Switzerland) and revise Annex 5 - Evaluation Criteria and Annex 4B - Financial Offer; no other changes have been made. The objective of this work package is to implement a tool in the OSCAR/Space database to record reports of Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and related anomalies. These reports stored in the database will be linked to the existing information within OSCAR/Space, specifically the Satellite, Instrument and Channel information. Please note that the received questions and their corresponding responses were published on the WMO e-tendering system (UNGM).
