Las consultas deben ser enviadas una por una, desde el sistema eSourcing de UNOPS. No se aceptarán aclaraciones formuladas fuera del sistema eSourcing de UNOPS o aquellas que los licitantes incluyan en eSourcing a través de enlaces o links u otro tipo de acceso.UNOPS responderá a todas las solicitudes recibidas a través de la emisión de una nota aclaratoria consolidada, la cual contendrá todas las consultas recibidas y respuestas a las mismas. La nota aclaratoria será adjuntada en la pestaña de documentos y formará parte integrante de las bases de licitación.Todas las solicitudes de aclaraciones deben ser remitidas antes de la fecha límite para aclaraciones, indicada en la pestaña Información general.UNOPS entenderá que el licitante examinó cuidadosamente todos los documentos incluidos en la plataforma de eSourcing, para decidir si puede cumplir con las condiciones técnicas, comerciales y contractuales estipuladas. También entenderá que los analizó críticamente, para ver si contienen alguna ambigüedad, omisión o contradicción, o alguna característica que no sea clara o que parezca discriminatoria o restrictiva, o alguna disposición que contravenga las normas, a fin de formular los pedidos de aclaración o comentarios del caso. Es responsabilidad del licitante señalar toda ambigüedad, contradicción, omisión, etc. antes de presentar su oferta, a fin de asegurarse que esta cumpla con todos los requisitos exigidos.-----NOTA IMPORTANTE: Los proveedores interesados deben responder a esta licitación usando el sistema eSourcing de UNOPS, a través del portal de UNGM. Para poder acceder a la totalidad de los detalles de las licitaciones de UNOPS, solicitar clarificaciones sobre la licitación, y presentar una respuesta a través del sistema, los proveedores deben estar inscritos en UNGM como proveedores de UNOPS y estar conectados en UNGM.
