The GIZ Office-Aden would like to procure the following: “ Supply and Distribution of Wheat Bran and Mineral Blocks” This tender is addressed to only local registered experienced suppliers in Yemen. Interested Companies are requested to send an email of interest with subject “Tender no. 91192160- Wheat Bran and Mineral Blocks ” including the following documents (if applicable) to this email YE_Quotation@giz.de ,clearly mentioning the tender number and subject. 1. Copies of valid legal documents (Tax Card, Commercial Registration). 2. Evidence for the operation in the relevant field. One reference are to be included in the offer supported by SIGNED work orders, contracts, delivery notes or invoices for similar work to be attached. 3. Company profile and history. E-mails of interest and applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Empty e-mails not indicating the tender subject, or the name of the company will not be considered. Suppliers who send separate emails of interest but are registered under the same owner(s) will not be accepted. Questions and remarks can be asked until through ye-inquiry@giz.de no later than 19.11.2025, at 3:00 PM Yemen TIME. Answers / clarifications will be shared via circular email. The deadline for submission of offers is Monday, 24 November 2025, at 3:00 PM local time. Tender documents will be provided to the eligible interested bidders (free of charge) after screening all received e-mails of interest. GIZ reserves itself the right to select the companies for the shortlist. For procedural reasons, no information on the status of evaluation will be given pending the decision on concluding the shortlist, and we therefore ask you to refrain from making inquiries neither in person, via e-mail or telephone. In such case, GIZ shall not be obliged to inform the disqualified bidders regarding their disqualification, the reason of being disqualified nor the name of other bidder(s) who have been shortlisted.
