All technical tender documents must be signed by the supplier (mandatory) in a separate envelope under the name "Technical Proposal" sealed with red wax. Financial and technical proposals must be submitted in another envelope sealed with red wax containing two separate envelopes. Samples of materials must be submitted when submitting the envelopes. The bid shall be submitted in the above currency and any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified.
