Muslim Hands - Yemen is conducting a tender process within our [Yemen Program] and invites you to submit a bid to provide Muslim Hands, within their requirements, for: Rehabilitation of water projects for 2 villages (Juhain and Al-Ja’adi), Lawdar District, Abyan Governorate as per the conditions detailed in the Tender Dossier. The deadline for Bid Submission is on 04 Sept. 2025, at 4:00 pm (Yemen time) upon conditions in the tender dossier. Mandatory Conditions for Bid Acceptance: Site Visit: Mandatory and considered a condition for bid acceptance. Any contractor who does not attend the site visit on the date specified in the information and requirements file will have their bid rejected. Tender entry condition: Submit a bank guarantee letter of for entering the tender (tender entry guarantee) equivalent to 2.5% of the total financial offer submitted valid for three months. Bids that did not provide a guarantee of entering the tender will not be considered immediately and the tender committee will not open their financial offer. Bid securities issued by any non-approved banks will not be accepted, nor will those issued by banks that the organization cannot access to withdraw any guarantee.
