REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES Ref: LRPS-2026- 9205433 UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “Technical Support for community engagement, Advocacy, Partnership Strengthening, and Capacity Development for Childhood-Onset Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Bangladesh”. 1. Request for Proposal United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 2. Request for Information For any queries, please contact the Contracts Officer, Supply & Procurement Section by email: mdagne@unicef.org and flrozario@unicef.org. All queries will be entertained up to 5 working days prior to the Bid opening. IMPORTANT: BIDS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE – ANY BIDS SENT TO THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. 3. Submission Deadline and Mode of Bid Submission: The extended deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: Due date: Monday, 31 August 2026 Local Dhaka Time: 11:00 hours (GMT 6+) The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org; no staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail. 4. Pre-Bid meeting (online): Rescheduled Date: Monday, 17 August 2026; Time: 11:00 AM (GMT 6+) (Send email to provide the meeting link) PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES # PART II, 1.1. FOR MODE OF SUBMISSION. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected. PLEASE NOTE: UNDER INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS - Clause 1.6 - 1.6.2 (Faxed Bids) will not be applicable
