SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL intends to award a works contract for the provision of Rehabilitation of Pumping Facilities and Water Network in Al-Aqmah Villages – Al Awashiqh Sub-district – Mawza District – Taiz Governorate.. Eligibility Criteria for Bidders Pass/Fail Criteria: To be eligible for participation in this Tender, all bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements. Bidders who fail to meet any of the criteria below will not be considered for evaluation: Eligibility and Willingness to Operate in Taiz, Yemen: Bidders shall provide a written confirmation of their eligibility to operate in Taiz, Yemen, and their commitment to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements governing the conduct of business in the area. Bidders must hold and submit valid documentation issued by the Interim Capital, Aden, including but not limited to a valid work permit, tax card, and updated commercial registration. Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in automatic disqualification from the Tender process.
