Terms and requirements: The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes, bids that do not match the attached form will be disqualified. All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped by the supplier, any bid that does not comply with this will be excluded. All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded. Pricing must be done in US dollar, any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected. The submitted prices must remain valid for a period of not less than ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. The prices quoted must include all indirect additional costs such as taxes, delivery, installation and any other cost. TYF will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to TYF. Legal Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): All suppliers intending to participate in this tender are required to submit all the legal documents listed below, which must be issued by the authorized official authorities in the South and remain valid at the time of bid submission: 1. A valid commercial registration. 2. A valid tax card. 3. A valid Zakat card. 4. A valid professional practice license. 5. Must provide Bid Guarantee of 2.5% of the total amount of the offer valid for 90 days from the date of opening the bid. 6. The supplier is not listed in any sanctions or ineligibility lists issued by the United Nations, the UN Secretary-General, or the World Bank. Offerors who do not submit these documents will be disqualified from any technical or financial evaluation.
