دعوة لتقديم عرض سعر Open Tender/16/Aden Office/Dec 2025 – Supplying Agricultural Drip Irrigation Network to Lahj Governorate (Tuban & Al-Malah)- GFFO. الموضوع: مناقصه 16 - ديسمبر 2025 توريد شبكات الري بالتقطير الزراعية الى محافظة لحج مديريات تبن والملاح - GFFO تدعو منظمة كير العالمية – اليمن، الشركات المؤهلة والمهتمة لتقديم عروض اسعار الى الحصول على اوراق العطاء من المكتب في العنوان ادناه أثناء ساعات دوام المنظمة (من الساعة 9:00 صباحا وحتى الساعة 3:00 عصرا) من الأحد إلى الخميس، مقابل رسم لا يرد مقداره 10000 ريال يمني للمناقصة. منظمة كير العالمية -عدن دار سعد – حي الانشاءات تلفون : +967- 02310731 -02310729 - 02310726 تحويلة رقم / 0 يجب أن تسلم العطاءات موقعة ومختومة في مظروف مغلق ومختوم بالشمع الأحمر ويجب أن ترفق العطاءات بما يلي: ضمان بنكي غير مشروط مقطوع بمبلغ 2000 دولار صالح لمدة 120 يوم من تاريخ فتح المظاريف . ( من 13\يناير\2026 الى 12\مايو\2026 ) على ان يكون الضمان صادر من بنك معتمد ورسمي ونشط . صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول. صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول. صورة من البطاقة الزكوية سارية المفعول. يجب أن يكون عرض السعر ساري المفعول لمدة 6 اشهر. يجب أن يكون للمتقدم خبرات ذات الصلة في القيام بأعمال مماثلة وعمل مع منظمات او جهات أخرى في نفس المجال. يجب ان يكون العطاء يحتوي على عرض فني وعرض مالي في ظرفين منفصلين كما هو موضح في جدوال الكميات وتوجيهات العطاء ويجب ان يكون موقع أو مختوم مالم سيتم إستبعاد العطاء من المنافسة. العطاء يقدم بالدولار والدفع سيكون بالدولار. يمكن الحصول على اوراق المناقصة من خلال الحضور للمكتب عبر العنوان المحدد اعلاه وقت الدوام وذلك الى اخر موعد وهو الاحد 28 / 12 / 2025 في حال وجود أي استفسارات أو ملاحظات الرجاء إرسالها عبر الايميل (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) وذلك إلى يوم الاحد الموافق 28-12-2025 وسيتم موافاتكم بالردود وأي استفسار يرسل بعد هذا التاريخ لن يتم الرد عليه. أخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات في مظاريف مغلقة الى المكتب – عدن يوم الاثنين الموافق 12/01/2026 في موعد أقصاه الساعة 3:00 بعد الظهر إلى مكتب المنظمة في عدن كما هو موضح أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم بعد الوقت المحدد لن يتم استلامه. سيتم فتح المظاريف يوم الثلاثاء 13\01\2026 الساعة العاشرة صباحاً بحضور الموردين او من يمثلهم في مقر المنظمة في عدن. تحتفظ منظمة كير العالمية بحقها بقبول أو رفض جزء أو كل العطاءات دون إبداء الأسباب. علما أن المنظمة غير ملزمة بالترسية على أقل العطاءات. CARE International Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit quotations to obtain tender documents from the office at the address below during the organization’s working hours (from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) from Sunday to Thursday, for a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Yemeni Riyals per tender. Bids must be accompanied by the following: An unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of $2,000, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes.(from 13\Jan\2026 to 12\May\2026) The guarantee must be issued by an accredited, official and active bank. A copy of a valid tax card A copy of the valid commercial register. A copy of a valid Zakat card The price quote must be valid for 6 MONTHS. The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field. The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer in separate envelopes as described in the BOQs and tender instructions and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition. The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars. The papers for tender can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Sunday 28/12/2025. If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) by Sunday 28 -12-2025. You will be provided with the responses, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered. The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Monday 12 /01/2026 , no later than 3:00 PM to the organization’s office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received. The envelopes will be opened on Tuesday 13/01/2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their representatives at the organization’s headquarters in Aden. CARE International reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons. Note that the organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid.
